Our Custom Workflow
Our internal Marketing & Sales Team has formulated a recipe for success to assist our near and dear customers with the best possible outcome for their specified Events.
Below we have provided a step-by-step process covering everything from our offerings to development and the final event outcome - so nothing is missed. Just as we share and withhold the bespoke stories and pure relationships of our producers, we tend to showcase this type of relationship right through to our customers.

Our most crucial step, the ‘Concept’.
Here is where our customers or your Account Manager will hold their first 1-on-1 meeting placing all their ideas at the forefront and making sure to cover the following:

Please note: You are required to answer all questions to the best of your ability to solidify the process before moving to ‘Vinify’s Offer’.
What is the purpose of the Event?
What is the desired outcome?
Who is this event targeted to?
What styles of wines you’d like to be showcased?
Customer’s direct contact for all things Events?

Following the first meeting, your Account Manager will brief Vinify’s internal Marketing team within 1 week to under-go step 02.

A member of our Marketing team will reach out to the preferred contact at the customer venue to Introduce themselves and organise a secondary meeting with them and their Account Manager to discuss the desired Marketing applications available for their desired dinner.

Please Note: From after the secondary meeting, we allocate 2-3 weeks for all Custom Marketing Collateral to be completed and submitted to our customers ready to prepare for step 03.

✓ Producer Landing Page : Designed and formulated by our Marketing & Sales team. This landing page will contain a description about the selected Producer, Winemaking & Tasting Notes, Imagery of the selected Producer, and Map/Google Earth Map
✓ Google Earth Map of Producer Vineyards : This application offers the ultimate immersive experience for our customers and their customers to visualise.
Other
✓ Menu Pairings : Account Manager to assist in partnering with the venue sommelier/head chef.
✓ Speaker : Producer or Vinify Expert Representative (only upon request) -
