The Role
This is an opportunity for an experienced sales executive to join our sales team in Adelaide. Starting with a significant existing customer base, the successful applicant will combine account management with proper business development.
Based in South Australia, this sales role will service the incredible restaurants, bars, cafes and wine stores in Adelaide, the regions (mainly Southern regions) and their surrounds. The successful high-performing applicant will be working with and reporting directly to the National Sales Manager to achieve results which will allow us to continue to build our business and brands
This role will suit if you:
Have at least 2 years experience in fine wine B2B sales
Are interested and committed to developing new business opportunities including lead generation, nurturing and account management
Have a very good to exceptional understanding of the world of fine wine, including but not limited to Australian regions, Champagne, Burgundy, Jura, Barolo, Barbaresco, Chianti Classico, Etna and Mosel
Have existing relationships with Adelaide's sommeliers and fine wine retailers

Duties
Core duties will include:
Territory management of accounts within Adelaide CBD, regional and surrounds
Managing accounts and liaising directly with wine buyers in the best interest of the venues/stores, thus reflecting Vinify’s customer-first value set
Processing sales orders from iPad/laptop and sending these directly to our warehouse/s
Attending and contributing to sales meetings weekly in either a physical or virtual context
Developing budgets and forecasts jointly with Vinify’s National Sales Manager, and predicting the expected growth of the territory
Embracing Vinify Wine Co’s values and way of working as prescribed during the induction period
Working with purchasing department in order to ensure stock levels are in line with sales expectations
Remuneration
$70-80k + Super
A performance bonus of up to 20% above base salary
Wine allowance
Company vehicle or car allowance
